The success of the entire project depends upon the expertise and experience that are brought into this assignment. This is made by the innovative approach to the entire project. The Gear Wheel approach given below has been the concept that has been evolved from the experience of the earlier projects. The expertise of the Team Leader, his unique position, supported by the skill sets and knowledge of the Advisory Team coupled with the combination of experienced team comprising Key experts and Non-key experts with local understanding provides a very unique success combination.

Our professionals and associates include Former Deputy CAG.s of India, Chartered accountants and other professionals who have held senior positions in state owned undertakings. We have adequate support staff and state of art infrastructure in our office.

Our resource pool includes qualified people who are leading lights in their domain and have held very senior positions in the government and/or Private sector.

Partner Leadership Team.:- The Partner Leadership Team is comprised of SNNCO Partners and Associate Partners, including the Project Director who oversees the day-to-day management of all services provided and coordinates the work of the Partners so that there are clear roles and responsibilities.

A. Leadership:- Our leadership includes our senior partners Mr. S. N. Nanda and Mr. A. K. Nanda and are supported by seven FCA partners with diverse specialisations and work experience. Our partners actually lead the work of our teams - bringing their expertise directly to work with clients, lead problem solving sessions, propose recommendations, and counsel senior executives. This group has extensive experience working with institutions in the public and private sector.

Mr. S. N. Nanda, Managing Partner ,Client Relationship Leader
S.N Nanda is one of the senior Chartered accountants in India with an impeccable reputation for integrity and quality in execution of engagements.

Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1963, he has over 5 decades of experience of consulting to Governments, leading banks in India ,Including State Bank of India and central bank - Reserve Bank of India. He has served as a member of various committees of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.He has vast experience in direct taxation with specialization in handling search and seizure cases.

Mr. A. K. Nanda, Partner, Quality Assurance & Peer Reviewer
A K Nanda became Chartered Accountant in 1968. A seasoned professional and one of the most respected Chartered accountants in India, A K Nanda is involvedin various projects for public private participation, Due Diligence, Amalgamation & Mergers and supervising audit of various large sized public sector undertakings, multinational Banks, Financial Institutions, Insurance companies, Industrial organizations, Projects \ Institutions funded by International funding agencies like World Bank, Ford Foundation.

Ruchi Nanda, Partner, Engagement Lead
Ruchi passed the Chartered Accountancy in 1992 and is a Diploma holder in ISA (DISA) from ICAI and is a qualified Insolvency Resolution Professional.

She has more than 26 years of experience in providing consulting to private and government sector. Ruchi has executed & led multiple engagements in India and Afghanistan. Ruchi was the engagement lead partner for various assignments in both the development sector and banking practice of the firm. She handles the IRP advisory in the firm.

Bhavna Nanda, Partner
Bhavna is a Fellow member of ICAI and has worked with some of the biggest Consulting, Accounting & IT companies. She holds a commerce degree from Lady Shri Ram College ,Delhi University . With 19 years of post-qualification experience, she has extensively worked on several consulting cases across diverse verticals and has served clients ranging from global MNCs to SMEs, handling end-to-end engagement lifecycle. She has specialized expertise in due diligence, valuations and cross border taxation. Expert in tax and company law, regulatory matters with diverse experience in structuring investments into India and meeting post set-up regulatory compliances.

Mr. Puneet Nanda, Partner
Puneet is a Fellow member of ICAI qualified since 1994. He has 24 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Accounting, Auditing and Finance, with special expertise in appearing before tax authorities .Payroll services and designing compensation packages is his forte. He is a subject matter expert in Internal controls in financial reporting. He is a qualified FAFD from the ICAI and fronts the Forensics Advisory in our firm.

Gaurav Nanda, Partner
Gaurav is a Fellow member of ICAI qualified since 2002. He has 15 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Accounting, Auditing and Finance .He has extensive experience in handling assignments both domestic and international in the domain of knowledge economy, and applying the techniques of data analytics in solving complex issues.
